1. Service Usage

• You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to and use our service.
• One subscription equals one device streaming at a time. You may install the service on multiple devices, but only one device may stream simultaneously per subscription.

2. Nature of the Service

We provide access to streams delivered over the internet. We do not own, produce, or host the underlying television channels, films, or other content. We act as a reseller of IPTV access; the content is provided by third-party sources. Quality and availability of specific channels or titles may vary and are outside our full control.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Re-stream, redistribute, or rebroadcast our streams to others (e.g. via public streams, other platforms, or networks).
• Share your account or login details with anyone else for simultaneous use.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, copy content, or reverse-engineer our systems.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4. Payment

We offer a Payment on Delivery model where possible: you can test the service and receive your credentials before completing payment. Specific payment options (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods) are shown at checkout. By completing payment you confirm that you have received the service as described and agree to these Terms. All fees are in the currency shown (e.g. GBP) and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
