DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Romania IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement.
1. Our Role
Romania IPTV does not host, store, record or upload any media content on its own servers. We act only as a reseller that provides access to streams and links that are already available on the internet through third-party sources. We have no control over the content provided by those third parties.
2. Copyright Complaints
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@romaniaiptv.net.
3. What Your Notice Must Include
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Our Response
Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly disable or remove access to the material in question and/or forward the complaint to the relevant third-party provider. We aim to respond to all valid notices within a reasonable time.
