1. The Service

Romania IPTV provides an IPTV subscription that streams live channels and on-demand content over the internet. A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required to use the service.

2. Account & Use

• Your subscription is for personal, private use only.
• You may not resell, share or distribute your login credentials or playlist to third parties.
• The number of devices that can stream at the same time is limited to the plan you purchased (1, 2 or 3 connections).
• Any misuse, sharing or fraudulent activity may result in suspension without refund.

3. Activation & Delivery

After your order, your subscription details are delivered by message, usually within minutes. It is your responsibility to provide correct contact and device details for activation.

4. Payments

All prices are shown at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed before the service is activated. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless agreed otherwise.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly with high uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as factors such as your internet provider, device or third-party networks may affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Romania IPTV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
